Dr. Sally Eccleston

Hi, I’m Dr. Sally Eccleston - founder of Wellness with Sally, HCPC Registered Psychologist, Somatic Therapist, and Senior Yoga Teacher.

I specialise in integrative, trauma-informed approaches that bring together mind and body to support deep, sustainable wellbeing.

As a Doctor of Applied Educational Psychology, HCPC Registered Psychologist, and experienced Somatic Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and Life Coach, I bring over a decade of clinical, educational, and therapeutic experience to my work. My expertise spans across mental health, trauma recovery, women's health, and embodied practices - grounding everything I offer in both scientific rigour and compassionate care.

With advanced training in somatic trauma therapy, therapeutic movement, and mind–body interventions, I support emotional regulation, nervous system resilience, and embodied self-awareness. I work with individuals, schools, and organisations to address the root causes of stress, disconnection, and emotional overwhelm.

Whether you're seeking one-to-one support, wellbeing programmes for children and young people, or staff training to create a healthier, more connected culture, I offer a unique and evidence-based approach that integrates psychological insight with embodied healing - honouring the whole person, and the wider systems they belong to.
