Taking you from stress, anxiety & trauma to a stronger sense of self and happiness so that you can live a more fulfilled and peaceful life.

Held by Dr. Sally Eccleston, a registered psychologist who draws on a somatic approach to therapy, combining knowledge tools and practices from psychology, life coaching, yoga, somatics and embodiment.

This 4 day 3 night retreat is here to help you to find the root of anything holding you back and to support you to navigate any change and mental health challenges you are going through.

Underpinned by the values of evolution, awakening through the body, community, compassion and of course having fun!!

Offering you space as we move into the winter months to re-connect with yourself, and to recharge, with practices to nourish you from a cellular level. So that you can reclaim your power and act from that place.

With opportunities for collective and group healing and transformation as well as personalised experiences, this is a time to remember who you are. Healing from Within is a journey of self-exploration and of shining your brilliant light on your heart’s truest desires and your soul’s truth. Learning to express your authentic expression in the world in all areas of your life, within a space and container where you are held in safety and love as part of a small and intimate group of women also invested in seeking their truth. A way of embracing everything just as it is, helping you to see and find the magic in you again rather than continually seeking escape or external validation.

Sally’s classes and workshops always leave me feeling uplifted and with a sense of peace so to immerse myself in a weekend of practice with her and other like minded ladies was absolute heaven! Everything about the retreat with Sally was special from start to finish. I had been on day retreats with Sally and love her Shake the Dust practice and how she planned those days and knew I’d feel very comfortable with her leading a weekend retreat.
This isn’t a classic yoga weekend, you’ll find yourself opening up, moving your body, sharing and leaving behind some worries and long held beliefs. This was a spiritual experience that left me feeling open and cleansed. You will chant, share cacao and dance like nobody is watching!
The setting was beautiful and the food exceptional - cooked with love by private vegan chef Jenny.
At the end of the weekend I felt light, liberated and joyful. I feel lucky to have made some new friends, some of us have met up since and will always have the bond of sharing a magical weekend together.

You’ll be embraced by our private country house venue, like a warm hug, with so much on offer, without having to leave the comfort of our surroundings, and an elevated position provides sensational views of the lake and high fells beyond, with the village of Coniston within walking distance.

This stunning and secluded location offers a range of different ensuite accommodation options, ranging from shared rooms with up to 4 people, twin / triple rooms to private doubles.

Our spacious rooms throughout the house provide ample opportunity to sit and read or just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. 

Our Coniston venue is a short walk to Coniston waters, with footpath access. Guests can enjoy wild water swimming and a guided paddle boarding session provided by an external provider. 

Everyone deserves to love and appreciate themselves enough to seek support and guidance on their own healing journey. You will be offered tools and knowledge from the trauma-informed practices of psychology, coaching and movement, diving into the layers of body, mind, heart, spirit and soul which are all inter-connected and where trauma and pain can be held for a long time before it is processed and released.

Giving yourself, and your nervous system, permission to first of all relax and rest, and then see what unfolds when you put your own health and wellbeing first, without pressure or expectation, in a safe and supportive environment. The effects can spill out much longer than the 3 days and 3 nights we will spend together, especially as this is facilitated with our group immersion and personalised coaching for you.

We will be immersing in a range of practices, supportive of all abilities, which means no prior experience is necessary to benefit from them.

We will be spending the the long weekend in a private venue named Lanehead set on the edge of Lake Coniston.

Free Time

Winter is a time of rest and renewal.


On this retreat you will have time to de-stress and de-compress pre Christmas, before December arrives.


Allow yourself to surrender to the rhythms of nature, which ask us to burrow down at this time of year.


In your free time enjoy mindful practices in nature, walking on the land nearby, soak in a bath tub or cozy up with a book on the sofa. The choice is yours!

A deposit of £150 secures your place. This can be paid via the link below (booking fee applies) or via bank transfer.

Balance to be paid in full by the 26th September 2025. Payment plans are available. Once you have paid your deposit, you will receive an email from me and payment plans can be discussed. The remainder balance will be invoiced and can be paid via bank transfer or by bank / credit card.


Payments are Non Refundable & Non Transferable. Investment Does NOT include transport to or from the venue. Car shares if feasible will be offered.

A little bit about me

I’m Sally, and I’m a registered psychologist, accredited life coach and qualified yoga teacher. I help women to find their sparkle and to reclaim their power through intuitive coaching, yoga, somatics orientated movement and self-care to promote inner healing. I work with the mind and body as one, with over 10 years studying human psychology and development, including trauma patterns, and I hold a space where the body, heart, mind and breath can integrate so that you can remember your whole-being.
