Stress and Anxiety Masterclass:

Learn how to empower yourself and get a handle on your stress and anxiety, so it doesn’t control you

 On Wednesday 6th October from 7.00-8.15pm I will be holding a masterclass online all about stress and anxiety.

We will cover:

  • What is anxiety? (vs. what we think it might be)

  • How stress and anxiety affect your mind and body - what is actually going on in the brain

  • The nervous system and anxiety

  • Vagus nerve

  • Why is yoga helpful for stress and anxiety?

  • Helpful practices

This is an opportunity to learn and practice. Come along prepared to try out new things and also learn about neuroscience when it comes to stress and anxiety!

You will need to register in advance. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
